Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the manufacturing process, coordinate resources, and ensure that production targets are met efficiently and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the production team, providing guidance, instructions, and support.
- Monitoring production operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Tracking production progress, analyzing data, and generating reports.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth production flow.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
