Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team. This is a work-from-home position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and recommending IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including management, technology teams, and end-users, to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of IT projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing business processes and systems
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend IT solutions
- Gather and document business requirements
- Work with development teams to design, test, and implement solutions
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IT systems
