Job Description
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
Establish operations, objectives, and plans, and delegate assignments to his/her team in accordance with the company and clients’ agreement. Plan, Coordinate, Develop, and Administer the overall plan to achieve the team’s KPI.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer
- Attend to customer needs at all times in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Provide timely customer feedback to his or her manager of any concern that requires attention and action beyond his or her scope
Operational and Administrative Requirements
- Provides immediate supervision to a unit, assigning tasks, checking at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules.
- Inform Supervisors or Managers on all service-related issues respective to own routes or group
- Be accountable and honest and meet performance expectations
- To be able to meet the group’s SLA-agreed
- Monitors daily operations of a unit or sub-unit. Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.
- Manage and monitor cluster’s Attendance
- Implement and Monitor adherence to High-Level Security for the Business.
- Implement processes and practices in adherence to client requirements
- Carry out any task that is required by his or her manager from time to time
Administration
- Troubleshoot non-delivered parcels and ensure closure of run sheet.
- Support reconciliation on all inaccuracies pertaining to the system, paperwork records, and financial transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCY & EXPERIENCE
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Logistics/Hub.
- Directly managing courier and ground operations is an advantage
- Computer literate, well versed in current delivery mobile application
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Leadership, communication, and management skills are required
- Self-starter and highly organized.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php25,00.00 per month
