Job Description
The Recruitment Supervisor is primarily responsible for the implementation of recruitment activities and initiatives. He/she leads a team of Recruitment Specialists in end-to-end recruitment. Under the supervision of the HR Head, the Recruitment Supervisor manages the efficient operation of the Recruitment Section and determines the proper approach or action while ensuring conformity to guidelines, policies, and procedures. The Recruitment Supervisor is also responsible for managing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and maintenance of employee records.
