Job Description
Payroll Liaison Officer
Responsible for government documentations and transactions particularly SS, Philhealth, HDMF & BIR.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing payment of government monthly contributions and loans reports in SS, Philhealth, and Home Development Mutual fund;
- Processing of company’s clearance, specimen signature, and other companies updating records in SS, Philhealth, HDMF;
- Checking individual names & updating contribution range of Philhealth before posting of payments;
- Preparing and generating of SS PRN that needed in payment in government transactions;
- Preparing and encoding of individual SS loan payment;
- Answer some employees’ concerns in their government benefits;
- Assist in BIR transactions (TIN, CTC of BIR Sworn Declaration.);
- Responsible in processing of applications and computations of Sickness Benefits and Maternity Benefits of employees;
- Responsible for making transfer fund to the employee sickness and maternity advance payment;
- Responsible in tracking and monitoring of Sickness and Maternity reimbursement;
- Responsible for SS loan Certification;
- Assist senior/consultant employee’s in filing their retirement claims in SS and HDMF as well as processing of Lifetime membership in Philhealth;
Requirements:
- With at least 1-year experience in handling government mandated benefits of employees;
- Good knowledge in processing/filing of Government mandated benefits of employee.
