Job Description

Purpose

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our growing Travel and Expense Management team. Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, COE APAC, this role will be responsible for supporting the management of Corporate Telco, Travel and Entertainment Expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the business expense administration activities with a focus on the Telco portfolio Providing guidelines for the business stakeholders as a subject matter expert of the allocated portfolio
  • Creating and maintaining corporate telco, travel and expense profiles in various systems Expense reporting and billing reconciliation
  • Performing policy audits and compliance checks according to policies
  • Developing, monitoring and having a good understanding of responsible corporate expense management practices, policies & processes

Qualifications:

  • 3 years + experience in a similar procurement or expense administration role
  • Experience in procurement and or finance processes, i.e. claims, Fees, invoices review and assessment
  • Exceptional communication skill, both verbally and written
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel. Experience and working knowledge of SAP Concur would be highly advantageous
  • Business or IT-related course graduate
  • Amenable to work on early morning shift
  • Must be on a legal working status
