Job Description
Key Responsibility is to lead the whole department.
Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, clients, and managers to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
Manage the day-to-day activities, analyze statistics and operations reports to ensure effectiveness, and work out a strategy for improvement, if necessary.
Maintain effective, efficient, and functional operations that are suitable to the business needs and commitments of the organization, and keep this under constant review.
Ensure that resources are adequate to carry out customer requirements.
Oversee the operations of the organization to meet business goals and projections.
Collaborate closely with management and produce reports on company operations.
Empower the operational team with the leadership and resources they need to successfully complete operations initiatives.
