Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Coordinator to join our Financial Inclusion Project team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects aimed at promoting financial inclusion and improving access to financial services in underserved communities.

You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables, ensuring the successful implementation of each project. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee project activities, track progress, and mitigate risks to ensure the achievement of project goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines
• Identify and engage with stakeholders to create and maintain effective relationships
• Manage project budgets, resources, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and track key milestones
• Identify and manage risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Prepare regular project status reports and presentations

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, effectively manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Previous experience in project coordination, financial services, or a related field is highly desirable.
