Job Description
As a Cargowise IT Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining the Cargowise system for our organization. This position requires a high level of technical expertise in Cargowise software and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Cargowise system users
- Configuring and customizing the software according to business needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness
- Training users on Cargowise features and functionalities
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest Cargowise updates and enhancements
Requirements:
- Proficient in Cargowise software and related applications
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
