Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Coordinate concerns of the Realty Operations Department with Accounting, and Legal Departments;
- Coordinate and monitor lease contract expirations and renewals, industrial park permits and requirements, etc.;
- Manage files and records for the Realty Operations Department; and
- Assist and provide support in all leasing inquiries.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Business Administration course, or related
- Newly graduates with good academic records can be considered
- With 1 year related experience preferred
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Pleasing personality
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Canva
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
