Job Description
The Billing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all billing activities within the organization. This includes managing a team of billing clerks, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and resolving any billing discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the billing team and ensuring their adherence to company policies and procedures
- Reviewing and approving all billing transactions and invoices
- Monitoring billing systems and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and sales, to ensure accurate information exchange
- Resolving customer inquiries or disputes related to billing
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in billing or finance is required, while supervisory experience is preferred.
