Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource, AB Psychology, or other related courses
- Preferably with previous experience in Human Resource
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the compliance and reporting of mandatory employee benefits
- Recording and verifying employee Daily Time Records
- Producing employee contracts
- Facilitation of onboarding of any new employees
- Labor relations in terms of adherence to company rules and regulations, and sanctions on violations
- Facilitate semi-annual performance evaluation of employees

- 8-hour shift
