Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements.
· Responsible for job posting, advertising, and onsite job fair.
· Source and screen potential candidates.
· Conduct initial interviews and endorse potential candidates.
· Administer pre-employment assessment tests.
· Arrange/schedule interviews of potential candidates with team leaders/managers.
· Conduct background checks.
· Conduct employee orientation.
· Ensure that new employees comply with all pre-employment requirements.
· 201 Filing and Record Keeping.
Education and Experience:
· Preferably Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
· At least 1-2 years of working experience in the Human Resources field is preferred for this position.
· Must have work experience as a Recruiter or in recruitment.
· Willing to travel for recruitment activities in Metro Manila area.
