Job Description
The IT Infrastructure Assistant position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the management and maintenance of our company’s IT infrastructure. As an IT Infrastructure Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the IT department, assisting with the implementation and maintenance of hardware and software systems, and providing technical support to our staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Provide technical support to staff, resolving IT-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Assist with the implementation of IT security measures to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and address any IT infrastructure needs or enhancements.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff. Proficiency in network administration and knowledge of IT security best practices are also required.
