Job Description
Tax Responsibility:
- Preparation of Tax Reports
- Filing of Tax
- Alphalist encoding and validation from monthly and quarterly reports
- Reconciliation of Tax Alphalist and Tax Reports
- Review and reconciliation of Monthly/Annual Alphalist (Withholding Tax Compensation)
- Submission of monthly, quarterly, annual alphalist to BIR eSubmission and eAFS
- Preparation of Tax Payment Request/s
- Updating of Tax Calendar for filed and paid returns
- Reconciliation of booked tax items with paid transactions
- Booking/closing of tax payments in accounting system
- Other Special Projects: LOA/VAT Refund, etc.
A/R and Revenue Responsibilities:
- Checking and confirmation of Statement of Account to site operation
- Preparation of Billing Statements and Official Receipt for review and approval by management
- Sending to client of approved BS or OR thru email
- Preparation of accounting entry memo for A/R and revenue before recording to system
- Generation of A/R and revenue subledger and general ledger in the system and reconciliation with the revenue monitoring
- Assist on bank reconciliation pertaining to revenue collection
- Filing of Official Receipt and other documents such as deposit slips and BIR form 2307 pertaining to collection
- Other ad hoc as needed by management
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (4 years – 5 years Degree) in BS Accountancy or Major in any Finance/Accounting Courses.
- With over a year to less than 3 years on accounting background
- 3 to 5 years in Officer or Senior role on accounting background
