Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled Service Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Service Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our service department. Your main duties will include coordinating service requests, managing service technicians’ schedules, and ensuring that all customers’ service needs are met in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prioritize service requests from customers.
- Schedule and assign service technicians for onsite visits.
- Monitor and track service requests to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
- Regularly update and maintain service records and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service management software.
