Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources department as a Training Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of training programs for our employees.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in creating training materials, presentations, and job aids
- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications
- Track training records and maintain the training database up to date
- Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills. Previous experience in HR or training is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly are essential.
