Job Description
As a Human Resources – Training Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the training and development initiatives within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be coordinating and assisting in the implementation of various training programs.
You will work closely with the Human Resources team to identify training needs, design training materials, schedule training sessions, and ensure their successful execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining training records, preparing post-training evaluation reports, and suggesting areas for improvement.
