Job Description
A Customer Service Representative works with clients who have complaints, updates, or are seeking information about billing services like electricity, water, or internet. They also provide solutions that fit individualized situations and prioritize customers’ needs at each step of the process.
What we are looking for:
- College Graduate (4YRS Course in Any Field) | Associate Graduate
- College Undergrad. | College Level or Completed at least 4 Semesters in College
- Must have 2 Year(s) Customer Sales / Service Rep. experience in BPO Industry (Specifically with Voice International account)
