Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact, whenever possible, without having to transfer the caller.
- Match customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Use negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Provide specific information to internal and external clients and share knowledge with colleagues.
