Job Description
- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen and dining to determine whether proper standards are met and maintained.
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Checking in on dining customers to inquire about food quality and service.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
- Handle escalated customer complaints.
- Ensure that the overall restaurant operations run smoothly.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in operational tasks necessary.
- In-charge of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
