Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Staff to join our team at House of Franchise. As an Admin Staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office documents, and assisting with various day-to-day tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Organize and maintain office files and documents
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
