Job Description
We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position. Technical support staff troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.
Preferably, applicants should have a degree in B.S. Computer Engineering, B.S. IT, or its equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
