Job Description
Qualifications:
- College level/Senior High
- With excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills
- Driven, motivated and fast learner
- Can work with less supervision
- Willing to work in shifts
Job Description:
- Show courtesy to all incoming and outgoing customers
- Handle customer inquiries including phone inquiries and direct them to appropriate party
- Receive and process all payments according to standard procedures
- Examine products being purchased for damages and price accuracy before releasing them to customers
- Handle cash, credit or debit transactions between customer and retail store
- Answer routine billing questions/issues from customers
- Assist in the opening and closing of a retail location, including cash handling and deposits
- Train and supervise new cashiers
- Assist in the maintenance of store front and retail displays
- Submit Daily Sales Reports and other necessary reports as required
- Communicate with the management team regarding customer requests or concerns
- Assume the responsibilities of the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in case of absence
- Perform other functions deemed necessary by management
- Telco experience is an advantage
- For Marquee Mall and SM Clark assignment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
