Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of HR Services – Contact Center Team Lead. As the team lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our HR services contact center, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our employees.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of contact center representatives and providing guidance to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery
- Monitoring contact center performance and implementing strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
- Handling escalated inquiries and resolving complex issues
- Collaborating with HR business partners to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery
- Training and coaching contact center representatives on best practices and company policies
