Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate or equivalent
- Experience working in homeowners’ associations, building admin or clubhouse operation.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Knowledgeable in admin operation and management.
- Computer literate specially Excel and MS Office suite
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Customer service oriented and critical thinker
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and supervise the admin operation.
- Handle all the concerns of all homeowners.
- Prepare a monthly report for board meetings.
- Create programs for community improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php30,00.00 per month
