Job Description
- Monitors and processes the Purchase Orders (PO) submitted by promo merchandisers in a timely manner, including customer orders and pull-outs.
- Handles requests for absent, late, and other related operational letters by the promo merchandisers, as well as the issuance of the Notice to Explain (NTE) or Notice to Pay (NTP).
- Consolidates monthly inventory and coordinates delivery and schedule to stores and promo merchandisers.
- Submits required documents for incentive computation.
- Coordinates interdepartmental transactions to fulfill desired goals.
- Creates and manages sales reports.
- Answers inquiries and concerns through email, chats, and phone calls.
