Job Description
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
Resolves product or service problem by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
A graduate of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing and/or Business Management.
Good communication skills.
Knowledgeable in MS Word.
Can manage company social media and account handling.
