Job Description
- Set up station, including cutting vegetables, fabricating meats and seafood, marination, or advanced cooking and portioning of ingredients.
- Cook food according to standard recipes.
- Keep the work area clean at all times.
- Practice proper food handling from receiving, preparing, cooking, cooling, and storing ingredients.
- Assist the head of the kitchen in determining items needed to be ordered.
- Receive deliveries from suppliers.
- Assist colleagues if needed.
- Help in monitoring inventory, including monthly inventory count.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
- Can start ASAP.
- Location: NEAR QUEZON CITY HALL.
