Job Description
This is a remote position. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a multi-talented individual who can handle administrative tasks, graphic design, and social media & digital marketing with finesse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks:
- Outreach to potential clients via email and Instagram
- Schedule calls and meetings
- Respond to FAQs through email and Instagram
- Assist with client onboarding
- Graphic Design:
- Create engaging social media posts
- Design presentation decks using Canva
- Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Manage and grow our social media presence
- Craft blog posts for our website and LinkedIn
- Create engaging Reels and TikToks
- Support clients’ social media efforts
- Oversee SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Business ads
Requirements:
- Graphic Design experience or advanced knowledge
- Social Media platform marketing experience or advanced knowledge
- Knowledge of Squarespace/Shopify
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organized
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Business ads is a plus
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strategic-minded, would love to brainstorm and learn from you
- Genuine interest in the marketing world, hospitality, ecom space
