Job Description
Agribusiness Rural Bank Inc is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Deposit & Branch Admin Manager.
With solid and strong background in managing a local bank, the Branch Head is responsible for the overall administration and operations of the Branch.
The Branch Head must ensure that the office is running efficiently and profitably by supervising and managing activities in product marketing, deposit taking, consumer loans, retail credit facilities, other fee-based services, security, and customer servicing.
The primary responsibilities include meeting and delivering set targets for deposits, loans, income, number of accounts, and other products and services. Additionally, the Branch Head will develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers, driving the team to provide exceptional service.
