Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Supervisor to join our team. As a Business Development Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and expansion of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional projects.
- Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
