Job Description
College graduate, preferably engineering, with management background. With extensive experience in an electronics assembly plant.
Job Purpose
Supervises all manufacturing staffs and managers in all aspects of operations, delivery schedule and overall conformance to quality standards and customer specifications. Coordinates with site Quality Control and Supply Chain for an efficient conduct of operations and Headquarters Manufacturing for continuous manufacturing improvement.
Job Summary
Manage and assist the Operations in coordinating the overall operation to produce products and services at a desired quality and efficiency through proper planning, leading, organizing, staffing, controlling, and monitoring of the assembly processes with its corresponding control points, utilization of manpower, materials, working environment, and equipment resources.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Calamba City, Laguna (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Calamba City, Laguna: Relocate before starting work (Required)
