Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Applications Specialist to join our team. As an Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our company’s applications and software systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any technical issues, as well as provide guidance and training to end-users.
Key responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications
- Monitor application performance and make necessary optimizations
- Collaborate with software developers to enhance application functionalities
- Provide technical support and helpdesk assistance to end-users
- Conduct training and create user documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good understanding of software development principles
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
