Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Marketing Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing activities of our company and leading a team of marketing professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques
