Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Booth Support. As part of our company’s diverse operations within the aviation industry, this role plays a vital role in providing assistance and support to passengers at airport booths.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and professional assistance at airport booths.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, airport facilities, and other relevant services.
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, luggage tagging, and boarding processes.
- Handle customer complaints or issues and ensure effective resolution.
- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
