Job Description
We are a leading company in the travel industry, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel & Expense Manager to join our team. As a Travel & Expense Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of travel arrangements and expense management for our company.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing travel policies and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements for employees.
- Managing relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and car rental companies to negotiate the best rates and ensure high-quality service.
- Creating and managing travel programs for different business units, including setting travel budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Reviewing and approving travel and expense reports submitted by employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Providing guidance and support to employees regarding travel bookings, expense reimbursement, and company travel policies.
- Implementing travel safety measures and keeping up-to-date on travel industry trends and best practices.
