Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader for Accounting Operations to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the accounting team.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising and guiding the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations
- Managing month-end and year-end closing processes
- Reviewing financial statements and reports to identify any discrepancies
- Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
- Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
