Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Learning and Development Officer to join our team. As an HR Learning and Development Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering various training programs and initiatives to employees within our organization.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to identify training needs, design effective training modules, and deliver training sessions. You will also be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the training programs and making any necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills and knowledge gaps
- Create and implement training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses
- Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring their engagement and understanding
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training materials
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of adult learning principles, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A background in HR or Learning and Development is preferred.
