Job Description
Circa Logica Group is a multi-awarded training, consulting, and human resources organization in the Philippines known for providing top-notch, strategic, and passion-driven solutions and advisory services to help organizations of any size succeed.
We are looking for talented professionals to join us as Branch Manager.
- Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work set-up: Onsite
- Location: Pampanga
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for offering all the bank’s products and services to clients which includes deposits, loans, and other services.
- Ensure achievement of Deposit and Loan targets.
- Solicit, review, develop, and manage client portfolio of accounts to deliver targets through cross-selling of bank products and services.
- Responsible for marketing and generating loans based on assigned identified target market segment and lending directions of the bank.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Office or Administrative Manager or any related position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- With strong Salesmanship skills.
- Ability to generate Loan and Deposit Portfolios.
- Proficient in MS Software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
