Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Account executive. This position is responsible for managing and growing our healthcare client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in account management or sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing healthcare client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute account plans, setting objectives and strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions to healthcare clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying potential new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and sales activities.
