Job Description
Responsibilities:
- In charge of processing payments and day-to-day financial transactions, including verification, computation, posting, and recording of disbursement data.
- Handles the clearing of disbursements to reconcile with the bank’s statement of account.
- Ensures the maintenance and confidentiality of historical and financial accounting records, both electronic and physical.
- Keeps updated with financial regulations in compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Prepares reports on disbursement activities including Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and external audit reports.
- Identifies areas for process improvements and develops solutions to optimize and meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Finance, Accountancy, or related course.
- With at least 3 years of related work experience.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Binan, Laguna.
