Role Description
Ark One Solutions Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate Level 1 to join our team located in Muntinlupa City for a full-time on-site role. The role will involve handling customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns over the phone or via e-mail, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate customer data and records.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- With or without experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant software applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all customer interactions and record-keeping
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
