Job Description
Ensure Company’s compliance to Health and Safety Protocols and Policies mandated by both Local and National Government Agencies.
- Responsible in the implementation of OSH Programs in the Workplace
- Maintain and monitor Health and Safety seminars, trainings and certification for Safety Officers, First Aiders and COVID-19 Compliance Officers including Pollution Control Officers accreditation.
- Support and process Government-initiated Compliance Audit including but not limited to DENR, DOLE, and Local Government Unit.
- Mainly In-charge in monitoring general safety and accreditation of the company to partner agencies.
- Establish linkages and partnership with OSH and Environmental Agencies/Organizations. (Tree planting, cleanliness drive and bloodletting)
- Refers and recommends Employee Health and Safety concerns to Management especially during emergencies and disasters.
