Job Description
Must speak Tagalog,
Drafts correspondence and legal documents such as affidavits & legal notices
Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the company.
Provide advisory and support services to students and other visa applicants,
Responsible for overseeing the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents
Tracks visa and work permit progress through the “visa monitoring tracker” by keeping it updated
Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
Drafts correspondence and legal documents such as affidavits legal notices
Efficiently undertake legal research tasks by selecting relevant and current materials and presenting clear and well-organized results
Communicate effectively with legal counsel and clients
