Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Performance Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our industrial operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to optimize our productivity, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance metrics, targets, and improvement initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate process optimization projects.
- Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes.
- Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial performance improvement roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process optimization initiatives.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
