Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a highly qualified individual for the position of Tax and Finance Operations Lead. As the Tax and Finance Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all tax-related matters and financial operations within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize the company’s tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws.
- Manage the preparation and filing of the company’s tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax.
- Conduct periodic reviews of tax processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements.
- Oversee internal control procedures and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to the finance team in day-to-day operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in tax planning and compliance, as well as extensive knowledge of financial operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are also crucial for success in this role.
