Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for various HR activities, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Your main duties will involve coordinating and conducting the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and providing support in employee development initiatives. You will also play a crucial role in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. You should also be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
