Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MDM Supervisor to join our team. As an MDM Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Master Data Management (MDM) processes and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising a team of MDM specialists to ensure efficient and accurate data management.
- Developing and implementing MDM policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data issues and implement solutions.
- Creating and maintaining data governance frameworks.
- Monitoring data quality and resolving data discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in MDM or data management. Proficiency in data management tools and knowledge of industry best practices are also required.
