Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and developing sales strategies to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to improve their performance.
- Setting sales targets for the team and individuals, monitoring and evaluating their progress on a regular basis.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
- Monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify areas for business development and improvement.
To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a sales role, with proven experience in managing a sales team. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
